MOUNTIES CARE
The state of the art Mounties Care health clinic brings revolutionary holistic health to the Northern Beaches.With a team of complementary healthcare professionals all under one roof, specialising in chronic and difficult to treat conditions, including General Practitioners and Integrative Doctors.
The Freshwater Clinic has five consultation rooms as well as a dedicated IV treatment centre. The Clinic is located in the Health & Wellness precinct of Harbord Diggers, well positioned between complementary allied health services.

PETA MATTHEWS
NUTRITIONIST/ NATUROPATH
Peta completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy in 2017. She is now a qualified naturopath and a mum to two very busy and energetic young boys.
Peta now specialises in many areas of health with her main passions being skin complaints (including acne and eczema), gut issues, hormonal health and fertility, and metabolic health (with a special interest in diabetes).
ANNIE STEWART
NUTRITIONIST/ NATUROPATH
Annie is a qualified Naturopath who considers herself a bit of a “professional generalist”. With experience treating a wide array of conditions, Annie particularly finds those more challenging multifaceted cases fulfilling.
Evidence based medicine underpins all of Annie’s clinical decisions. She regularly uses standard pathology and functional testing to establish base line health parameters, which are then used to refine her treatment approach for each client.
