It is a family-run eatery using safely guarded recipes that are traced back to the childhood of Vietnamese migrant and head chef/owner, Bac Cang.

Inspiration for the menu comes from Vietnam’s vibrant food culture, with emphasis on fresh locally sourced produce and in-season ingredients.

Highlights include crispy golden soft-shell crab in a fresh rice paper roll, pork belly slow-cooked in fish sauce with mixed pickle, and the quintessential Pho noodle soup.
