Important information for members and their guests
Lost membership cards
Members are required to advise membership staff immediately of lost or stolen cards in order to protect their points balance
Dress Regulations
As a condition of entry to Mounties Club, patron’s attire must be clean, neat and tidy, in good repair and in good taste at all times. Patron conduct must be orderly and not offensive. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron who, in its opinion, is not suitably attired or who is not showing signs of acceptable behaviour.
Unattended Children
As a community club that provides amenities and services for all ages, the safety and well being of children is of utmost importance to Mounties Group. Under NO circumstances are children to be left unattended inside the club or in a vehicle within the vicinity of the club. Mounties considers such behaviour by patrons as deplorable conduct and will contact police immediately, and revoke all membership privileges.
Player Activity Statements
Player activity statements are available upon request at any kiosk in the Club or members may obtain a player activity statement through the Club kiosks at any time.
Your Privacy
Mounties Group operates an electronic sign-in system. The primary use of data collected is to conform to the requirements of the Registered Clubs Act 1976.
