Harbord Diggers are devoted to ongoing training and development for our staff, our aim is to uphold the high standard of service offered within the Club. We offer in house training as well as training through accredited institutions. Whilst industry experience is certainly advantages, Mounties does not focus on experience in recruitment sessions, Our philosophy is that while the mechanics of the job can be taught, the correct behaviours, attitudes and ability to work in a club environment are a more inherent trait, that can be developed and refined through experience and training.
Conditions of Employment are governed by a generous Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) which attracts above Award wages and still maintains penalty rates. Employees are subject to an intensive probationary period which is constantly revised by management to ensure training levels are being met and skill levels are being retained.
We recognise our staff's commitment, service and effort through our Values Champion of the Month/Year, Peer Excellence and Staff Service Awards.
Once you have filled out an application for employment, you too could be fortunate to be employed with Mounties Group.
