SUNRISE YOGA - 8AM SUNDAYS
Our Sunrise YOGA has taken off with GREAT success. If you would like to improve your body’s flexibility, strength and tone, together with restoring body mind balance, improving energy and clarity, and reducing stress, this class is for you!
Tina is a Level two Hatha Yoga teacher who has studied various styles of yoga and meditation all over the world for the past fourteen years and has been teaching for seven years. She graduated from Qi’s teacher training in 2005 and has since undertaken many training courses including with Satyananda Yoga and meditation with Zen Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh. Her personal style is greatly influenced by the classical traditions of Satyananda Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
